Every Eleventy garment is designed to last. However, if for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
How to proceed
CHECK THE CONDITIONS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return your order.
COMPLETE THE FORM
Download the returns form and fill it out in its entirety.
CONTACT US
Send the completed form to customer@eleventymilano.it. Our team will reply with all the necessary instructions for the return process.
RETURNS THE ITEMS
Return the products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, to the address that will be provided to you.
REFUND
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Terms & Conditions
The right of withdrawal applies to the product in its entirety. Items must be returned intact, unworn, and complete with their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and your banking institution’s procedures.
